Job Overview

A Manhattan based luxury real estate company has openings for experienced Package Room Attendants within its Manhattan and Brooklyn luxury rental building portfolio. The position is temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent, depending on performance and availability. Responsibilities and Duties

• Receiving and logging in packages
• Organizing and cataloging each package
• Creating and delivering electronic package notification slips
• Communication with residents
• Upkeep of package room

Qualifications

• A Highschool Diploma
• One (1) year of experience as a Package Room Attendant in a residential building
• One (1) year minimum of customer service experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong time management, organization and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with BuildingLink (A plus)
• The ability to communicate efficiently in English.
• The ability to lift 50+ lbs..
• The availability to work weekends, night shift and/or overtime.

Compensation

• 0-12 months: $21.4387 per hour (80% of the full wage rate)
• 12-24 months: $24.1186 per hour (90% of the full wage rate)
• 24+ months: $26.7984 per hour (100% of the full wage rate)
