Residential Doorperson

Job Overview

A Manhattan based luxury real estate company has an opening for an experienced Doorperson within its Brookly luxury rental building portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Doorperson in a residential building or in a related security position and will possess strong communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet residents.
• Screen and announce guests.
• Enforce building security.
• Accept and manage packages.
• Answer phones.
• Enter information into building-managing portal.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of more of Doorperson or Security experience (residential building experience is preferred).
• Ability to speak and write clearly.
• Capability to pay close attention to detail.
• Must have flexible work availability. Must be available to work overtime as needed.
• Some Porter work may be required.
• Some heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) may be required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have experience using a computer on the job. Experience using BuildingLink.com is a plus.

Compensation

• 0-12 months: $22.3320 per hour (75% of the full wage rate)
• 12-24 months: $25.3096 per hour (85% of the full wage rate)
• 24+ months: $29.7760 per hour (100% of the full wage rate)
